10. Warranties & Disclaimers

VOXA makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of Content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXA Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

VOXA’s total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for Services giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
